Do Supplements Really Make You Sick?

Posted on: April 7, 2011

Well, fortunately, there is good news! Depending on how you view things, the answer is both yes and no.
The nutriceuticals don’t actually cause anything bad or good to happen. They don’t have any direct relationship with removing health issues (even though they are falsely credited with this), and there is no proof that they cause any type of headache or rash.

A good way to think about it is that products and systems are not what work. It is your body that does the hard labor.

The products simply give the body they essential nutrients that it is looking for all the time. The body then takes these nutrients and creates the results that we are all looking for when we take the product. We can thank whoever made the human body for this process.

The miracle is definitely not in the bottle, it’s in our natural body processes. The products inside the bottle are what help our bodies create this “miracle.”

Of course, you will never be able to see this miracle if you do not use what is in the bottle.
It is possible that the supplements could be the reason why a rash or well forms, but it’s definitely not the cause.

Any drugs could cause undesirable side effects. In reality, it is the body reacting negatively with these chemicals that cause the rash or welt.

Why does the body cause such issues?

These reactions are the smartest thing that your body can do under the circumstances. This response is often called a healing correction. When something negative happens to the body, such as a rash, it is actually very good news that the body is reacting in such a manner. This is solid proof that the body is in need of those supplements and it is reacting in a way that shows it is in need.

Suddenly the human body has the ability and power to start healing itself. Ridding stored chemicals and toxins from the body that were previously unable to be removed is part of the healing process. This is akin to not having the energy to do chores around the house. After a while, the dirt will start piling up everywhere.

When you finally get up and start “doing your chores”, all that built up filth will get thrown around. To truly get rid of the mess, you need to stick with the job until it’s done.

However, sometimes the organs of eliminations are unable to handle all the toxins and chemicals that it is suddenly expected to remove. It is then that the body realizes the danger it is in by having these toxins wander around in the body while waiting to be expelled. These chemicals can cause major damage to the body if not removed quickly.
When this happens, the only option that the body has to rid itself of these toxins is to expel them through the skin.

This is what causes the rashes and welts. As stated before, this is the healing correction. It shows that the body is doing what it needs to do to become healthy.

This is similar to when your foot falls asleep. When it finally wakes up, you feel uncomfortable pins and needles as the numbness starts to fade. Even though it is unpleasant, it is a good sign that your body is reacting positively and fixing a temporary problem. You wouldn’t want your foot to stay numb forever, would you?

So, similar to your sleeping foot waking up, your body will briefly experience uncomfortable reactions as it starts to recover. If you understand why this is happening, you will be able to appreciate the process.

Just like 2000 years ago, when the master teach stated “Do not judge according to appearance, but judge (evaluate, interpret) according to knowledge (righteous judgment).

So what do you do about this uncomfortable healing correction?

1.    Appreciate the process. Be thankful that your body is acting how it should. If you understand the process, you will be willing to endure it.

2.    Support the process by opening the normal massage of elimination. You can accomplish this by drinking 8 to 10 glasses of purified water per day. Getting plenty of fiber is essential as well. Raw fruit and vegetables should do the trick. Consuming a few tablespoons of refined coconut oil per day will help with elimination.

3.    Be patient with the process. It will usually only last a few days, but can last up to a few weeks for certain individuals.

4.    If, after you follow the previous steps, your symptoms are still severe, you may reduce the amount of nutriceutical supplement intake for a short while. This will allow the body to catch up while you are focusing on the steps above. This is only optional, it is not necessary. You could stop taking the product completely, but that is not recommended.

Hopefully these steps have been helpful to you. If you would like to learn more about how your body works, you should look into reading the book “How to Cure and Prevent Any Disease.” This book should help you in many ways aside from nutritional aspects.

Of course, whenever you are dealing with functions of the body, it is always recommended to consult a licensed healthcare professional. A doctor or other physician will be able to readily explain what is happening to your body and suggest treatments that are suited best for your individual chemical makeup. Always consult a doctor before attempting anything in this article.
